In theory means that when those two lines intersect the SP will follow one or the other (go up or go down)
Note I said in theory.... depends on how you set the chart, what time period etc etc.
I guess going by the chart (and your tea leaves) someone needs to tell Alan Shortall that he needs to make the announcement in one or two days....
