OK - I see what you are getting at - the 45 day rule.
Do you think the triggering of this 45 day rule makes a charting difference?
For many small holders with total franking credits of less than $5000 this rule does not apply. Alternativly one can buy the day before Ex Div and then hold for 45 days.
So I would have thought that the date 45 days prior to Ex holds little share price significance.
But I would welcome your thoughts on it.
