I believe Syrah is doing a road show right now. I only have this as hearsay, though it might explain the share price going up. It is not that hard to ponder how hard a road show would be to do when so much non public info is unable to be communicated. that would be a tough road show....
I am actually not terribly fussed - the "situation" has been developed by the ASX's crazy new rules with Scoping Studies. Syrah isn't the only one with this problem and there will be a lot more compromised companies in the future if it stays this way.
