Yes it does depend which highs you want to take that line from, personally when they are all in the vicinity of the line I'll draw the upper supply line from the first 2 high pivot points and the demand line will connect from the intermediary lowest pivot point on the demand line. There are various ways to draw them and they give you a guide that's all. With some stocks they are so dependable you can buy on the demand line and sell on the supply line but with others they wander all over the place.

I sue F-charts which means you draw them yourself but also have tradeguider which places them for you once you pick your 2 highs or 2 lows.

For me the downtrend isn't broken yet
