I am no expert technically - but I would say it lokoed like a double top was in there for brief moment - until today and now its retesting that and looks set to burst higher to 20c next stop.
Thereafter who knows, but I see 40c-50c in the tea leaves within 6 months now.
Proactive's 28c 6 month target will prove very conservative IMHO.
