The sector is a buy today and it was yesterday, reason why I bought PEN today is I sold some of PDN to diversify my stock specific risk and PDN had rallied a lot more than PEN at that stage
anyways , to be clear, I am not anti TA, simply think its best to use both as FA and TA on their own not as good
