Mike, PDN has now go their house in order with credit restructuring, sale and K on care and maintenance. I bought more at 42.5c yesterday . Any hint of restarts, or u price rise easily will trigger a SP re rate IMO. Also heaps of U supply is being removed, megatons to megawatts end etc etc. Is PDN in much better shape than when they did the 70c CR to institutions? you would have to say yes.
