    Thanks for the charts.

    I think the adage of buy rumour (or pre announcement) will apply here too and divest prior to announcement. There probably are a few traders taking a position with the intention to capitalise on the impending announcement, and some of these will sell prior. Maybe this is the 14c area you mention.
