The State of Play

Basics- A uptrend is formed by a series of higher lows and higher highs
so TON needs to move no lower than 26.5 but then go higher than 42.
then the process must repeat with say 36/38 forming the higher low
and a higher high forming over 50 cents.

Now this is Basic TAking in that there is obvious resistance in the 41 to 50 cent zone.
FA gives some basis in that 40/50 Market Caps TON at $120/150 mil.
which is "controversial".
but I won't go into that other than illustrating how FA backs up TA resistance 'diagnosis'.

Now also shown is the Fib Extension IF the new higher high is at 50.
the extension/mirror is based on 30/50 so it 100% on 70 coincidentally I'm sure
with your MD's Brad 'considered opinion of fair value' $200mil Market Cap.

So then we get to the Short Term Traders plan/ plotting

There's news coming,oh how sick of anticipating this news are we?
It's no good openbuying on news day because TON often gaps up and the %gain say 20%/30% range
is diminished by the gap 10/15% to the day trader.
Often the open can be pretty much the high and then the close is lower [a reversal day] best illustrated by
that candle monday Aug 4th.

So if you can follow a mindset of a trader one buys now 32/34 for a target of
sell at 42 [resistance holds] for a 32/34 buy reward 33/23%
and possible premium if it breaks out into going 50 cents?
that's a 32/34 doing 56/47%..
A viable trade,hey? even a bounce off resistance again if you can get out
is giving 20%+ is a go.

well there is the MNS news release of  just drill resulted another million whatever of Jumbo Flake to supply our eager Chinese SOE MOU's and ..... didn't move the sp more than a cent.
Look it up,I haven't I just noticed a Super Pit Graphiter put out news of a drill result and it didn't make an iota of difference and it brought back memories of TON's drill results issuing especially on Monday 4th of August

but hey get a grip jaded ya downramping twat these are gunner be the most outstanding drill results ever released by the ASX on Graphite ever. It's gunner be a BOMBSHELL on the market completely unexpected or anticipated just how great they art.

and in ya face jaded you don't hold a share in TON who has the hardest working MD in the graphite sector who is known to be conservative in wording his announcements and if he's fair valuing TON at 70 cents "soon" well we all know that's code for $@BUCK$$ at least!!
