    Yes it seems to be a moderate.

    "MACD still below zero and climbing"
    MACD currently declining on daily chart?

    "candle remains above moving average."
    Short term averages need improvement atm IMO mate. (including EMA)

    Can only take it a day at a time I suppose. GL

    Could rise again but perhaps it closed a bit weak for today anyway.
