A broken clock is correct twice a day mate. KNL has a shade under $2m cash left, as per the last quarterly report, which was down $946,000 from the previous quarter. The company has stated several times that on current projections they have enough to last until EOFY. Whilst I am not saying a cap raising isn't imminent or due sometime soon, as an injection will probably be necessitated, I am not certain that this latest little spurt is the result of insidious motives. That been said I am extremely concerned that Pattersons has joined the top 20 sharesholders list - recently acquiring 3.5m shares under one of their holding accounts. These guys are the kind of dogs who manipulate and push prices pre-cap raise frequently. Regardless the last time the share price was hovering around 16c and KNL conducted a cap raise at 12.5c the share price shot to 25.5c the next day. Fingers crossed we can get some buying volume tomorrow. GLTAH.
