the test then comes that retrace is to a Higher Low than today 32
pass those 2 tests-
43+higher high then retrace 32+ low
and you've got a beginning up trend instead of a consolidation.
Test relies chiefly on a 43+ hit of Known Resistance Zone 37.5 /42 ie a Breakout with substance/ volume.
really theory is retrace to 37.5 no lower to 'confirm' break out,
but no danny they weren't postulating a 70 cent high return.
