Either as Jaded said look for CONFIRMATION of support at 37.5/38 level (horizontal support and trend line from the 14th April) OR wait until it clears the congestion zone i.e. tweezer top at 43 c so maybe a finish above this.

I am assuming you are an FA person for asking such a question - the TA is not for you as it doesn't apply to non traders. In the world of traders, its all about making money on the swing using trading ranges. So a buy sell or hold or wait are all important.
