How I see it. Light blue lines are parallel, forming an upwards channel, which should define it's movement for a while, imo. Watching both that lower blue line for a downwards break (it's close), and the yellow line for continuation of the trend.
clip, you asked if it was a pump and dump. They are all pump and dumps! Well... 98% of them are. Don't hold out for 2% unless you have inside info or know the management really well.
