From an FA POV 20c might be hard to justify but when a share is running its basically greed, so FA valuations don't really matter when people are in a buying frenzy. How often are share prices "on balance" with their FA valuations. Some stocks triple their MC in a day, then 2 weeks later, back to where it started.
