Example of how the trend makes it so much easier when trying to trade ranges. If the trend is up, each trading range will eventually break out higher into the next trading range. Makes it easier, and when the trend turns itworks in the opposite direction.
If you buy in at the bottom of any of these trading ranges, the bottom of the range is also where you place your stop loss, or just below it. The uptrend supports your areas of support.
