As mentioned earlier, the final rout before the run up, and the touching of .007, has now been achieved, lets hope it sticks.
Two other significant events are that there is a triple bottom at .007 on the daily chart (strong indicator) with the lows a good distance apart (the further apart the stronger the signal) . The calculation for this is a 200% run up from the low of .007, of the range between the low (.007) and the high (.025).
This would give us a target of .043, which fits perfectly with prior resistance back in jan 2012.
The other is that the macd has made a triple divergence, which is also a very strong indicator.
The long range Elliot wave is showing a target of .03 at about mid October.
Looks like (dare I say it), that all the stars are beginning to align.........

I would not be surprised if we will see a new high here.
Once R&D stage is finishing, and commercialisation is underway, it is usually the moment when SP will start climbing.
The starting point is the completion of pilot plant scale up.
