Agree with you. I have NOT sell any share 2 days prior to big pump. Pumping up shares actually benefit me, I wish they (people with inside info) pump PEX to $1 and I will be laughing.
BUT, BUT I feel sorry for anyone sold their shares 2 days prior to announcement and insider bought up. It is illegal and degrade market ethical standard more than financial gain/losses for some holders.
Without that trading halt on Monday, sp could have gone up to 25-30c (only 190,000 shares on sell side and most of them were on 20s) ie DOUBLE from 14c.
I do NOT believe people (multi-buyers) will pay 50% premium (8c to 12c) and even double price without 100% certainty of info prior. Amazingly a group of them can accurately predict EXACTLY when lighting will strike (ie announcement).
