So if you're valuing TSI India at $40m to $50m, assuming a very very conservative EBITDA multiple of 10x, you're expecting that their annual EBITDA is no more than $4m to $5m?
As we've all been discussing, none of us really have a clear picture on financials yet really, but hopefully when we can start seeing TSI's financial performance we'll be in a better position to more accurately value TSI/TSN.
