Looks to be a case of share price manipulation in order to pick up discount shares from weak hands.
Other than boring us to death it's actually a good sign, something bigger is on its way and someone is collecting
If it was a sell off or bad news coming there would be no drip feeding of 2.8 and 2.9c.
On the bright side they've probably only collected shares from traders out of time and patience.
