Sorry to be so late raskol, mother of a hangover today...
Not a chart that I find particularly easy to read. I know nothing about the company, so have no idea of drivers for the SP. If this can take out the range marked below it should be quite bullish, however, until then I'm a bit wary of it. I have some Action/Reaction lines (not shown) suggesting late August may see something significant.
Also, if you were to draw a fork from the 2011 highs to the low Oct 15 and then to the recent highs it paints a bearish picture, suggesting that price could head to 1.8ish, where it intersects with the black median shown below. How valid this fork will be remains to be seen, but it is definitely something to be aware of.
Keep in mind the double top - could be more to play out still.
