Chart looking interesting. The China/SMA news saw the price breakout from a long-term down trend. Since then a pennant has formed on declining volume. Today the price has jumped, which could signal a breakout from the pennant, which if it plays out, should see the price rise to circa 27cents (meeting significant selling pressure in the mid 20's). If this breakout fails though, it could drop back in to the mid teens.
