    ....if he knew how to interpret a chart correctly. That is an ascending triangle (flat top) if it is anything. Or CLQ could still be in a nice rectangular trading range. Might breakout from either of those patterns of course. Volume strength rather ordinary. And also nice that our man is able to predict the future move with such conviction. With my 50 years "experience" that's something I haven't quite mastered yet. Still working on it though.
