Very sad indeed and patience is a virtue untaught Edna, ever so much the case now in this world of "want and must have" now !

That part of the world particularly can require a little lateral thinking, perhaps out board hasn't quite shown the necessary custom. I do sense progress and there is confidence of a wonderful resource forthcoming once the ribbon of the red tape is cut.
