I see the bullish pennant, but reading too much into short-term patterns on thinly traded charts can be problematic. Either way, target looks like 15c to 20c on the next kick up if the 1 year uptrend continues the same trajectory. Possibly a lot higher if either of the two imminent announcements comes in better than expected. My call is that one of them will put a rocket under this thing.
