you need to back test cmw chart. Before a decline there is nearly always a spike upwards. nothing to be disappointed about, all the of the reits are down. To me its part of the investor cycle, the gearing is ok , there is major renovation that will come online in 2017, 2018 . Cannot see the government or qnatas go burst in the near future. Opportunities always abound , I like 85 cents, as a buy zone. At $1.10 plus the stock was overvalued in the current environment.
