I do think the move into Indonesia is a good one. Their population is massive and logistically this makes sense. Growing middle class - maybe... I still see a lot of poor folks in the rural area. Indonesia right now is like china 8-10 years ago. It will be a long term play, I really respect BKL's management to be able to have such a long foresight. They'll be doing very well if they can establish dominance in China and Indonesia and Malaysia, and then next the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.
