Pure speculation but with the uptick in the volume near the end of the day is anyone thinking some kind of announcement Monday?? I can't see a reason for sudden interest other than: a) there has been pretty significant rises in RE prices over the past two weeks let alone over 90 days, and b) someone always knows something! Volume well above what we used to.
