Perhaps all the elements coming together...the announcements in regards to the amendments, FIRB approval, appendix 3B, the RE price rises...perhaps the cumulative effect is playing a part.
I wouldn't say that we are not used to this kind of volume, we have had quite a number of days like this over the past couple of months...just most of them have been selling by SM...
