    I am reminded that Browny as you call him advised the board NOT to lodge unpurchased CR shares at such a low price in the future. This suggests to me that he doesn't like to "give away" shares for peanuts.
    But the convertible notes.....I am a bit confused by their conversion price. is it $0.005 or not?
