    The vol and price rise came after ...what came before was an extreme narrowing of the Bollinger Bands and MACD signal .
    I'm not really a chartist either but noticed and posted I think 2 days b4 the announcement about good tech's.
    Had some already , considered topping up but failed to take advantage of my observations .
    I fear effects of GFC have left me a little gutless !
