Even more questionable is that there is inconsistency in their policy. I believe Commsuc could be using client info to play the market? There have been multiple times when a small trade on or near close gets me a threatening calls from compliance and other times when they seem happy to let it go through. I have also had buys processed for long periods until they can match it with a lower sell.
