Your argument (that the stock price is manipulated) is based on the assumption that institutional investors are never wrong. If you do a bit of research you will find out that institutional investors are wrong quite often.
I also think it's funny how people on this forum think that a fall in the SP = market manipulation, but a rise in the SP is due to good fundamentals.
