Promote to whom thru HC? Retailers? The company has much bigger ambitions in promoting to instos. The lithium is not the near term catalyst - that will progress over the next few months. The near term catalyst is the current graphite /zinc drilling program. Hence while we have got a compelling lithium story, the market is very transient.
