Making an announcement for the sake of making an announcement to manipulate the share price is illegal.

The most probable reason for no positive announcement is because they have none and the senior management are not focused on this business. However are very focused on making sure money is available for their pay checks via cap raises and when they can't do that..... borrow from First Samuel...

This company now owes $3 million. Think aboutit. They have lost money every year that Bouris and Co have been at the wheel. How in hell will they be able to repay any loans with that form???

Nobody will buy into this share until they start posting profits not continually putting their hand out. No positive announcement will fix that.

Hopefully I am proven wrong but this ship has already hit the iceberg and is slowly sinking.
