It already seen 3 descending peaks since since last July, so in my opinion this time it will definitely rise above 3rd descending peak ie $2.81 and if bullish maintain then will continue to rise above 1st and 2nd descending peaks ie $2.93 & $ 3.30 as well. Guru, pardon me if I'm wrong with little charting knowledge!
