    Dear Bilulu... in corporate world when a CEO keeps saying on different platform that “they will have a deal/JV by a certain time which in this case was end of 2018” its no less than a promise!!!

    If u think AT hadnt promise or comitted to end of 2018 then why did he make an announcement on last day of 2018 that they are still working to do a JV???

    so U can SH#T ur mouth (like the GXY management did after last announcement)!!!
