Not wishing to be pedantic, but quoting from the December Half Yearly -

"Registration has not yet been finalized and the Salta court is closed for all of January 2019, so February 2019 is targeted for final registration of the Salta tenement transfers."

So the company is targeting February, there is no implication of a guarantee, and no mention of MID February.

The same thing happened with the JP Morgan/SDV JV process, the company were targeting the final ¼ 2018 for the process to be completed. HC posters got a bit carried away with "The date" to the point that some of the more nefarious posters (ASB and Co. I'm looking at you) attempted to use those expectations and twist the language into a "promise" from the company.

Announcements to the shareholders through the ASX are usually very carefully worded, they should be carefully read as well.

Sometimes emotions play on expectations.
