I have been a holder of this stock for 2.5 years and I can say the share price has had more down days than up. Currently the likes of ABS & Pranav1980 have been more accurate than others. My thoughts, the directors are a disgrace, happy to put there hands out for their bonus's, pay rises and options. then they get all narkie when it gets voted against (MR at last years AGM). lead us up the garden path on the 5 to 1 share swap, this has been a disaster. They provide no advice on the sales price for spod yet other companies do. they miss there production targets, lie about the time it takes to get the YOP operational (advised 48 hrs). they obviously lacked the right project management with the delay in approvals for floater rd spod, under estimate the requirements for approvals for the sale of SDV and now haven't shipped any spod since the 10 December. 
Heads need to roll.
