Takeover would make sense, If I was a big mining magnate and looking to either buy or expand by acquiring a pure play lithium "PRODUCER", then I would be comfortable doing a short shake for a period of months at the cost of several millions to lower the price to a level where it either make easy to pull away shares from weak hands or acquire all of the shares in a TO bid at a price significantly higher than the past artificial average normal price would save that party potentially hundred of millions. Not trying to put the scare but its a possibility.
