I think it is also a case of following developments at KDR. It's up again to $0.05 above the WES TO offer price. This is the second run at pushing the price above this level. It appears the drums are getting louder for a counter offer.
That is a benefit to all Li players as it will definitely result in a re-rate. We are a long way from fair value - especially if one of our brethren is taken out at a valuation significantly north of our current price.
I say: Go KDR!!!
