I was simply pointing out that what you said about adjusting the ebitda makes the previous poster's "model" a bunch of nonsense because the company should be worth zero.

When all the bs is over and we have multiple producing operations, pushing out say 100ktpa of LCE, I see a few hundred mil from Spod (with integrated downstream conversion), and a few hundred mil from SDV per year. 500+million pa at 12 P/E gives at least 6b MC, $10+ per share.
