No essentially if the majority of the cash is spent part developing SDV then the value of that former cash is represented as assetts/improvements but there is absolutely no guarantee that the market will value such improvements on an exact dollars spent basis - possibly even highly unlikely if the market plods or deteriorates over the next 10 months - you can have an opinion but no-one can be certain what lays ahead until the end of 2020.
Remember very very few members here ever thought that this stock would fall to under a dollar. So definitely not amateur hour as you have suggested but rather a reminder that forecasting without any sense of counter calculation and/or risk mitigation is a heavily flawed method of valuing any stock.
