I sold a 7500 parcel at 2.78 the other day because I need to do some reno's on my duplex.
Giving me a tidy $4k profit from my buy in point.
So anyhow the reno's have to wait, I bought another 7500 parcel today at 2.62. It has increased my buy in average up a few cents, but stuff it I thought this opportunity was to good to miss. I will sell the same parcel when the price picks up a bit. So what the reno's are only cosmetic, they can be done next month.
So I didn't pick the top and I didn't pick the bottom, but the quality remains the same, yet better because a lot more people have heard the GXY name and should see this as a opportunity to get in on the GXY train.
All aboard, does everyone have a ticket !!! Would you like some more ???
