Now we know why PLS has risen so sharply over the last week. The preliminary MOU is non binding and "may lead to commercial terms being agreed.....".
Share price may finish lower.... a case of buy the rumour and sell the fact.
When future GXY announcements are made hopefully whey more robust and solidify current and future shareholder value.
