There is no delay to James Bay. Mines take alot of money, time and approvals from start to finish. It will take years to be completed, but most people expect that things this important cannot be rushed.

Just because an asset isn't in production doesn't mean it's not valuable. AVZ is worth $600m and not near to producing.

If you sold because you didn't realise that there will be significant government approvals required then you shouldn't have bought in the first place.
