What we need is a solid annoucement on SDV, preferably with a major car maker or battery maker on board as strategic partner - and bring in sheet load of cash to accelerate development of SDV.
When the funding of SDV is fully secured, perhaps considering "small" dividend from MC free cash flow, fully frank using the accumulated tax losses from the bottom drawer.
I think this will boost send SP big time without compromising the overall capital structure.
As you said, anything is possible.
