Agree with you re the volumes. They are looking a little anemic. However, it may be seller exhaustion which is a good thing.
In any case, there is certain to be a significant fundamental event on the horizon that will blow all of this recent trading out of the water. We just don't know when it is likely to occur or what the event entails. Needless to say, expectations set by the company are high in a number of areas including possible contract announcement(s), financing of new project(s), quarterly financial outperformance or even corporate actions by another entity.
The stage is set, we just need to be patient.
