The Dow was down 171 points last night, and down 150+ points the night before that.
The word "collapses" is pretty strong.
The Dow, S&P and Nasdqa futures are all very slightly down at the moment. Dow futures down 0.08% only.
There's nothing to indicate anything dramatic will happen overnight. Rex Tillerson isn't that special.
