But of course, that is just the appetiser, not long until a major player either takes a 'non-controlling stake', or in my opinion there is a greater likelihood of an unsolicited takeover offer given our low market cap and the value of the projects.

Ganfeng, Tianqi and Posco have deep pockets, but then again who knows who else is in the mix. JP Morgan don't come cheap, so i doubt this will be a drawn out process, the front-runner will be keen to seal the deal before a competitor swoops in.
